Ripe Fruit has become a leading brand in beverages with its original flat-square bottle and floraltea blends. Yet its ancient‑script logo is hard to catch the eye on the shelf. We aimed to craft a custom brand font—one that captures the refined spirit of Eastern tea, and stays clear across offline and digital touchpoints.

We conducted a typographic study based on the Complete Library of the Four Treasuries, and its Qing imperial calligraphic style, to capture the elegance of regular script. We referenced Song‑style structure to enlarge the center and soften the forms with subtle angles. We infused the strokes with the natural imagery of tea leaves unfolding and added a stone‑carved texture to the letterform turns. This design balances brushwork charm with a modern, crisp structure. It overcomes the visual softness of ancient script, adapts well to commercial applications, and conveys the brand's natural and pure spirit.
