Hongbin is the Founder and Creative Director of unique21 Brand Consulting. He has over 20 years of experience working at top‑tier brand consulting and design firms, focusing on rebranding, brand design, and brand experience design.

Hongbin graduated from the Visual Communication Department of LuXun Academy of Fine Arts. He previously worked at Han Jiaying Design & Associates, Interbrand, and MetaThink Consulting, served as Vice President of Design among other senior roles. He led his team to win numerous international design awards, including iF, Red Dot, REBRAND, Hong Kong Global Design Awards, A' Design, and Transform Awards Asia. He has been invited to make speeches and publish professional articles on brand design at Beijing Design Week, the Asia Design Management Forum, and other platforms. He also serves as a Visiting Lecturer at LuXun Academy of Fine Arts.

Harry Qin, former Global Partner at McKinsey, now serves as Chief Strategy Advisor at unique21 Brand Consulting. With extensive experience in banking, investment banking, and asset management, he has served numerous leading financial institutions domestically and overseas. He specializes in strategic planning, product co-creation, brand building, business synergy, and investment project incubation for financial institutions.

Harry Qin has a 30‑year professional career, with 15 years in domestic financial consulting and 15 years in overseas financial industry experience. He has worked at PwC, Merrill Lynch, Prudential Financial, and other firms. He combines international perspective with local insights. He focuses on financial strategy, business model design, and brand system development. He provides integrated solutions from top‑level planning to execution for financial institutions, driving strategic transformation, business iteration, and brand value reinvention.
